Brief Description: Side skins on canopy frame
|

Aligned the side skins (Lt first), adjusted for 1/8" spacer under frame, added a .063 shim for good measure, and clamped in place. Marked, drilled and deburred the left lower row, then match drilled the skin to the frame using #40 drill, clecoed progressively.
Repeated for the right side, but rushed a little and misaligned the skin. MAY replace it, or trim to align, in the light of day. Won't work on the right side more until deciding. (Wasted investment in time, worse than cost of part.)
After both side skins clecoed, did a test fit of the canopy. Good fit to bow of tip-up frame and side slots, so far.
