Only had a little time so I picked out a few little tasks. One was the position of the fwd channel on the electric flap housing. With the cross cabin tube of the canopy latch hitting the channel, it was necessary to make a couple of adjustments. With a 1/4" spacer behind the tube UHMW mounts, it moved some but still needed the channel to be positioned BEHIND the tab instead of in front. The side covers are slightly misaligned by the change in the fwd channel re-position. Didn't want to make new covers but may have to ... or get out a big file. The angle of the fwd channel is only pivoted back 1/4" but it's enough to be 'off' a good fit.
However, the seat back is still an unresolvable problem, #3. Guess a note in the POH on the limitations of the "adjustable" seat back is required. The brace MUST be engaged rather than hanging down. In the down position the seat back presses against the tube ... and the tube cannot be restricted from opening the canopy.
