Brief Description:  AP controls - prep to install

While avoid exposure of the guests to a near terminal case of Strep Throat, and recovering, I escaped to the hangar and hid. Good chance to unbox the new Dynon Knob Control module for the AP. The only harness required is a 12-15" SV-NET cable.

The LEVEL button is a lighted switch and can get power from the instrument lighting power circuit and a convenient ground. The other two wires connect to the SkyView 37-pin harness (Pins 26 and 28). Wiring harness supplied is excessively long for the RV-6A panel but it's nice to see it would fit in any plane with the need. Great safety value to install this button.

The Dynon Knob Control module for the AutoPilot will simplify control of the basic AP functions and place the knobs (along with the Level button) near the throttle center of panel.

Located the pins (26 & 28) on the SV 37-pin harness, stuck a couple of male DB- pins in to do the continuity testing. Need to shrink wrap and label the harnesses/wires.
