Brief Description:  Wiring - harnesses

After months of indecision - time to route wires from front to back or vice versa. Problem is getting through bulkheads or spar. The RV-6A has no pre-drilled holes for wiring. Glass panels and electronics have benefits but lots of wires.

#1 shows the 7 wires for just ONE A/P servo, and there are TWO. Then another 7 wires for the ADAHRS. One antenna coax, two for flaps power, and one to the potentiometer. One to power for baggage light, and four more for GPS receiver. Finally, three for tail lights. Others for the control sticks.

Mocked up a mold pattern for routing around the vertical support, and decided to use the Vans conduit instead. With wires from frt to back, and others from back to frt, the tie-wraps where impossible to pull thru with that many wires. Removed tie-wraps and pulled them thru.
