Fabricated the flexible BAF top cowl rubber fence material on intakes. Right & Left sides. Need to get Polybond or equivalent adhesive to secure flexible rubber to alum strips.
Also, drilled, deburred and installed about 80% of the flexible rubber (3" wide) in overlapping strips along the top edge of the BAF. Need to complete the section behind starter ring assembly, and above the outlet to the remotely mounted oil cooler. These are more difficult fits, too.
Will trim to get good fit and wait to test on a ground run later.
Other tasks and preparations for the DAR Inspection - scheduled for 2/16/17. Lots of paperwork and checklists to finish.
