Fabricated the harness for the TCM Starting Vibrator to the Ignition Switch. Used 16AWG Tefzel wire and labelled the terminal ends (BO and IN). Attached ring terminals to the ignition switch.
With prop turned to correct mag timing range and starter 'engaged' (power to starter disconnected) the #1 plug shows the 'shower of sparks' (Photo #1, electrode blue hot sparks). Plug termporarily set on the SS fuel injection line to ground it. [no fuel present in aircraft]
Terminal leads to the ignition switch need a few wire labels (for L & R mag) but otherwise ready to bundle and put switch back in the panel hole.
