Started fitting the cowl to the baffles. Found the side panels too long in the front, by 1.5" approx. And, same with the inlet ramps. Then looking inside all four panels where 1" too high. That's for 1st pass.
Rough cut to reduce interference sufficient for the cowl to 'install' without regard to having the proper height for flexible material yet, just enough to place cowls in position.
