3rd time's the charm - First Flight achieved.
At FFZ (Falcon Field, Mesa AZ) at the earliest and calmest moment of the day, and no other aircraft in the pattern, or on the taxiway, there was a 5 sec period of rapidly accelerating aluminum and then it became an airborne aircraft. Climbed to 3,000 MSL and orbited the field to become accustomed to the operational controls and characteristics. Climbs, turns, descents and engine operation were in appropriate ranges.

Wasn't a perfect flight, but it was a First Flight and within the margin of performance to be a successful build. Sqawks include; (settings for various system operations such as radio 'hiss'). Pilot performance was exceeded by the aircraft performance.
