Brief Description: Preparing for DAR - Control & Condition Inspection

Spent the day mainly working through all the controls under the seat pans and checking, torqueing and cleaning the 10 yr old project for inspection. Fitting washers into these tight spaces is a real pain, literally. My back, shoulders and arms are going to hurt from the awkward positions required. Secured harnesses and safetied or tiewrapped the connectors where necessary. Mike A (EAA228) spent some time doing a pre-inspection inspection to suggest any last minute problem areas for the DAR review.
