Removed the rudder pedal control tubes and trimmed off 1/16" off each end to relieve end pressure due to length, polished and tested movement.
Removed all fasteners and re-assembled with correct washers, castle nuts, and cotter pins.
Tightened most of the brake line fittings. Need to replace a grommet and two brass sleeves and inserts.
Fabricated a new F-6118 rudder control bracket. Riveted to FW angle, drilled for UHMW blocks and attached with correct fasteners. This was also to move the rudder pedals to a more forward position and part of removing the oil filter recess panel.
