Spent time after the EAA mtg on the bottom fairing for the rudder. Removed, sanded, filled (over a couple of days) with micro and sanded it down for primer.
Primed with rattle-can self etching primer (GBP-688). Drilled a drain hole in forward (lowest) end for drainage of water. Also added a tie-wrap pint and secured the wiring harness inside. Screwed on the ground wire.
