Have acquired a slightly used Sensenich Fix Pitch prop (72FM8S9-1 (85)) from an RV-8 owner who wanted a C/S prop. Sometime this week it will be shipped and I'm looking forward to some engine work, and preparing for a prop. Will be awhile but it's getting closer.
Also received a letter that a hangar is available, if I'm ready. This is good news, and I'm not ready yet. If I moved the project to the airport, it will add time to the work. Patience ... will get a storage room for the wings soon, and clean out the extra parts so I can concentrate on the fuselage work.
Oh, the weather is still scorching daytime temps, 105 degs today. But, it's finally cooling overnight. This allows the workshop to be cooled down and closed in the morning. Tolerable to work.
