Brief Description:  Gap seal, Rt

Finished deburring and dimpling the holes to attach the Rt aileron gap seal under the outboard top skin. Marked the spar side of the seal where it needed to be relieved for the step up of the reinforcement plates, airleron brackets, and univiersal rivet heads from the wing ribs.

Adjusted the 2" spacing of the spar holes to accomodate the cut-outs and drilled the seal to the rear wing spar. Deburred but did not dimple them. Think that this will be BS rivets and won't need dimpling - need to recheck the plans.

Will also be applying GBP 988 self etching primer to this component.

Of course, the riveting sequence of this will require that the AN426 be bucked on to the top skin before it can be riveted to the rear spar.

Deburred edges of the gap seal and the wing top skin, Rt side.
