Scuffed the top outboard Rt wing skin, degreased and sprayed with Sherwin Willima rattle-can primer - gray.
Attached the inboard fwd corner to the main spar and rib and tied the outboard end to a wire which was 'rolled back' to keep the rib bays open for rivetting. Started rivets in that corner and worked diagonally out and aft on the ribs and spar. Aft spar can be squeezed so it was skipped as the rivets progressed. tight work in the areas around the aileron bellcrank and control tubes.
After the 1st half was done, stopped for the night but the progress in the last half is smooth and steady. Inboard half is slow and tedious. Rt wing meant working mainly with left hand (awkward) and checking shop heads for proper bucking was done with flashlight as well as a comera to review hard to see rivets.
