Mounted the left aileron and worked through fasteners, spacers, washers, and adjustment steps from control surface to range or motion stops and free travel.
Having misplaced some spacers (not conveniently stored), it is now going to require a few 're-do' components to get the final fit. Also short a few of the appropriate washers that prevent the Heim joint failure from becoming catastrophic. (Order prepared for these items.)
Reviewed call-outs for the various attach points and worked through the stick control assembly inside, then connected the right aileron and repeated the process. Only partially through this process. more pics follow. Gordon stopped by and we chatted about some of the tasks.
