Continued to insert bolts in the spar/bulkhead area (80 total needed), and had to remove & re-insert all the NAS1306-30 (large) bolts to add a washer under the head. With only one washer under the nut, the grip is still proud and the first thread of the nuts bottoms on the grip instead of squeezing the spar/bulkhead material. (Total 3x washers required per bolt).
The AN3-16A bolts through any spar/bulkhead hole have the need for a couple of washers per bolt in most holes. Some have slightly thicker material due to their positions.
Added the grommet to the manual elevator trim cable passing through the bulkhead & spar. Re-installed the removable rib and put the stick control tube in position - loosely.
Inventoried all the fasteners to order more washers, locknuts, and a few bolts.
