Brief Description:  Spar - bolts (final assembly)

Drilled holes for grommets to pass pneumatics lines to Lt Wing, AOA & Pitot. Then addition grommet for wing electrical (lights - NAV/POS, Strobe, & Landing) with blue wire (22 awg) to sync Strobes.

Pneumatic lines travel thru plastic conduit to fittings for Dynon pitot mast. Area between fuselage and wing root rib is very limited with wing bolted on. This will be difficult to deal with problems involving pneumatics in the future.

Inserted the Lt Wing and used drift pins to insert into holes and secure alignment to start wing bolts. After the first few, the remaing bolts are fairly well aligned but close tolerance bolts required mallet tap in. Interference from ribs will require front to back, while some are easier to insert back to front. (Norm is front to back, unless specified.) One bolt at a time, it would be possible to reverse most of them. Getting a mallet or brass punch aft of spar/bulkhead is problematic.
