Time for a SawzAll on the wingtips to get alignment. When tips are level with top surface of wing the tips are either CCW, or CW twisted from control surface alignment.
Sawed the seam of the right wingtip, installed it and 'shifted" the two split surfaces of fiberglass for better alignment. Drilled and clecoed in that position.
Also, connectorized the NAV/Stobe wingtips wires for the LED lights. (Need to add the ground point nutplate still.)
Made a new outboard aileron bracket to re-align with wingtip changes.
