Routed more electrical wiring, and powered up the SV-Intercom and SV-COM-425 radio to test. Reception limited on ground locations but listened to ATIS/Tower at several nearby airports between 5-10 miles. Airborne transmissions loud-and-clear.
Refined the routing and will enlarge one subpanel hole (pass-thru).
Mixed up a small amount of West Sys 105/205 resin, added some 410 micro balloons and applied a coat to the wingtip inserts. A couple of hrs latter (after sitting in AZ sun) I sanded with 80 grit and applied a 2nd coat and rough sanded. One more coat and rough sand to evaluate..
