Another day of joyful fiberglass work on the main gear pants and lower intersection fairings. Matched drilled into the wheel brackets for the aft section to adjust alignment and also sanded the mating area of the forward portion. Then match drilled the circumference to join the aft and forward sections.
Setup a work alignment jig with construction steps and a 2x4 to suspend properly aligned plumb-bobs for parallels sighting on the pants.
Roughed in the lower intersection fairings but need to do a lot of work on the leg fairings and upper intersection fairings. Need to set up a model clay 'plug' around the skin/brake line coupler to layup fiberglass for these fairings.
