I removed the tap bit; however, while tapping another hole, the new one broke off. This one is too deep to remove, so I am going to drill a new hole. I also noticed that the hinge was not sitting flat. The corners of the hinge backing was interfering with the hinge due to the foam being too exact and allowing a proper radius. So I sanded down one layer of the wood hing backing glass and layed down a new layer of BID. I also layed down about an 8 layer BID pad to correct the hinge placement that was made because of the same problem.
