09/23/2006 I started the setup of the jig for the LG attach points. I have positioned the LG against the table and marked the center line and how far the legs are away from the table. 09/24/2006 I finished the setup for the jig and started builiding the jig. I have glued A to B and C. I didn't have any good bondo, so I went ahead and glued D&E to B & C also. 09/25/2006 I bondo'd the jig to the LG strut. I set up the Centerline and other lines on the table and set up jig and LG strut on table. Still need to finish final alignment and checks. 09/27/2006 I worked on the alignment of of the strut. I quickly find out that something is wrong. The sweep was off by over 3/4". I used shims on the block to get it to line up, but it was obvious that the adjustments were going to affect the tabs. I also noticed that the D and E tabs were about 1/4" from the LE of the strut. The tab would need to turn to lay flat against the jig. 09/28/2006 I took the jig box off of the strut in preparation for redoing the box. 09/30/2006 The jig box was remade and the strut lined up again. This time it lined satisfactorily. The sweep lined up within 1/8". The length of the strut from the table were off of each other by 1/8".
