The inside corners of the wing and the winglet were dug out to make a two inch deep wedge in preparation of layups on the inside corner. The foam on the outside skins were set up for a flox corner for the other inside layup.
The foam was also removed for the internal bellhorn. The bellhorn crank connector is about 3/8" below the rudder conduit. The back end of the bellhorn is being positioned so that it is 1" below the skin to match the starboard setup.
A foam block that will be used to fill in the inside layups was cut, but not carved. The 8 plies of BID 4"x12" were cut in preparation of the layup. The layup will be completed another day when I have more time.
