The aluminum foil that was placed above the cable was successfully removed from the rudder conduit opening. It was there to protect the cable from epoxy as the hole was closed up.
The rudder was removed and a cotter pin AN380-2-2 1/16" x 1/2" MS24665132-132 was installed. The rudder has been reinstalled.
This completes step 7 and chapter 20 for the starboard winglet, except for the installation of the navigation light. I am waiting for a nutsert to provide a mounting point.
