The air filter was used to mark the bottom of the air filter box. This area was cut out to allow access to installing the filter. After the bottom lid was cut away, all of the foam was removed from the inside.
The air filter box bottom was taped with packing tape for release. The air filter was installed and also had tape over the filter to keep epoxy off. The filter cover was placed on top of the filter and 3 BID were layed up oover the bottom and extending to the edges of the filter box. This was peel ply'd and weighted down for cure.
