The overhang BID was trimmed to the 2.5" size. The foam was shaped to form the cover and the bottom of the box. The cover is slightly mounded to provide air flow room. The sides of the box and the foam were rounded to allow for BID transferring around the corner. The foam plug was carefully removed. Release tape was installed over the bottom and it was reinstalled. Three BID were layed up over the bottom.
