I am using the air filter box from the plans. I used a 2" piece of urethane foam and a 3/4" piece of PVC foam to make the mold. I used headliner adhesive to bond the two together. This worked really well. The mold was covered with mold release tape and 3 plys of BId covered the top of the mold. Another 5 layers of BID were layed up on the fuel servo flange area.
