1.AS3-032 were bent to conform to the curve of S-1201 and four squares were cut to create S-1202B
Worked on step 6.

01/28/20: 8Hrs
2. All S-1202B were positioned and clamped onto S-1202C, then the four #40 holes on each S-1202C were match-drilled onto the S-1202Bs.
3.A sharpie was used to trace the propeller clearance cut, then the S-1202Bs were trimmed and the corners were rounded.
4.S-1202Bs were clecoed to S-1202Cs then both S-1202B were clecoed to S-1202.
5.The fwd hub half, S-1208, and S-1203 were reinstalled.
6.The holes common between S-1201, S-1203-1, S-1202 and S-1202B were final-drilled #19.
7. S-1202C, S-1202B, S-1201, S-1203-1, hubs and S-1202 were removed, the nutplate attach holes were drilled #40 onto S-1202, S-1203-1 and S-1202B.
8. All #40 holes on S-1202C were countersunk.
9. All of the nutplate rivet holes on S-1202, S-1202B and S-1203-1 were countersunk.
Worked on step 10.
S-1202Bs were riveted to S-1202C and both S-1202C were riveted to S-1202.

01/29/20: 1.66Hrs
10. All drilled holes were deburred and the nutplates were riveted to S-1202, S1-202B and S-1203-1.
11.An expanded hole was drilled #30 and riveted with a AD4 rivet.
12.The hubs and propellers won't be installed until their final installation
