10/29/18: 14.15Hrs: 1. The tape was removed from the rib flanges. 2. Sealant was applied to the flange of T-01232 and it was riveted to the bottom of t-01221-B. 3. Sealant was applied to the surfaces of T-01226 and T-01227, then they were riveted to F-01221B. 4. Sealant was applied to the bottom skin on the areas that mate with the top skin and all of the ribs. Sealant was also applied to the corners. 5. Sealant was applied to the rib flanges and to the mating areas of the top skin. 6. The bottom skin was clecoed to the tank. 7. The bottom skin was riveted to the tank. 8. A flashlight was used to confirm the tank is sealed.
