10/25/18: 2.5Hrs 1. F-1201P's were dimpled #8, F-01201A was dimpled #8 as well. 2. F-1201P L&R were riveted along with the nutplates to F-01201A (only one rivet on each side). 3.The 46 nutplate rivet holes on F-1201H were countersunk #40.
10/29/18: 9.01Hrs 4. The screw holes on F-01201H were final-drilled #17 and dimpled #8. 5. The screw holes on the F-01201A' upper flange were dimpled #8. 6. F-01201H was bent to match the curvature of F-01201A. 7. F-01201H was riveted to F-01201A using the nutplates. 8. F-01201J and F-01201K were bent to match the curvature of F-01201H. 9. F-01201J&K were clamped to F-01201H with an offset of 1/16. 10. F-01201J&K were match-drilled #40 using F-01201H. 11. The hinge rivet holes on F-01201H were countersunk #40. 12. F-01201J&K were riveted to F-01201H. 13. The nutplates called out in the manual on figure 1 of the page, were riveted to F-01201A. 14. F-01201R was riveted to F-01201A. 15. The rivet holes on the lower flange of F-01201A were dimpled as called out in the manual.
