1. The F-1277B aft window was installed on the fuselage using theinidcated hardware. Low torque was used tominimize stresso the window.
2. A length of tape was applied to the outsideof the turtle deck skins with the endif the tape aligned with the nge of the skins.
3. A length of tape was applied to the inside of the turtloe deck skins with the edge of the tape aligned to the aft edge of the window.
4. A length of tape was applied to the outside of the window with the aft edge of the tape offset 1/16'' from the edge of the skins.
5. The fuselage skin, window and bagage were covered as required.
6. Popsicle stick tool was fabricated.
7. Popsicle stick tool was tsested.
8. A gap between the window and the turtle deck skins was created by pressing inward on the window. A 1/8'' bed of sealant was applied between the window and the skins.
9. The remaining window attach hardware was tightened using low torque.
10. A radiused corner of the tool was used to create a fillet in the sealant that extrudes out between the window and the turtle deck skins.
