1. The WD-1219 was rotated back down to the closed position. The C-1201 was reclecoed once placed into place of the canopy frame.
2. Both C-1202 canopy skirts were re-clecoed to the canopy frame. Match-drill #30 was made using a plexiglass bit through the upper row of holes in the canopy skirt through the canopy and both C-01203A-1 and C-01203B-1 Attach Angles. Each hole was clecoed after drilling and the process repeated for the opposite side of the canopy.
3. By the effects of temperature, the canopy material expanded and contracted relative to the canopy frame. A 1/16 line of tape was placed forward of the forward edge of the F-1277B Aft window to mark the final Aft window of the canopy.

4. The canopy was removed from the fuselage and set on the work table.
All holes were final-drilled in the canopy using a #27 plexiglass bit. Then, the holes were deburred.
The holes along the front edge of the canopy were machine countersunk to fit the head of an AACQ4-4 blind rivet.

5. The aft edge of the canopy was sanded using sand paper.
