01/16/20: 9.5Hrs 1. Material was removed from both COWL-0009 to open their cooling slots. 2. Trimming COWL-0009 L&R was indeed required and completed. 3.Both COWL-0009 were placed inside the top cowl cutouts and adjustments were made in order for them to fit. 4. Both COWL-0009 were drilled #40. 5. COWL-0009 L&R were taped to the top cowl and used to match-drill it #40. 6. The areas that will be used to attach both COWL-0009 and the top cowl were sanded using 80 grit sandpaper. 7 The clecoc were coated with wax. 8. A layer of epoxy was applied to the sanded areas from the previous steps. 9-10 Both COWL-0009 were clecoed to the top cowl and both cowls were installed to the fuselage. 11.The same was performed for COWL-0001.
01/21/20: 1.75Hrs All of the holes used to attach fiberglass parts and the one for the aluminum angle were filled with epoxy.
