10/31/19 11.4 Hrs Completed step 1 which was to relocate the washers and install the WD-1234 to the EA RV-12is radiator. Worked on step 3. Countersunk and riveted the nutplates to the EA RV-12iS oil cooler.
11/01/19 15.41 Hrs 4. Pipe thread sealant was applied to install the pipe plug into the RV-12is radiator.
5. Pipe thread sealant was applied to install the two adapters fittings in the EA RV-12is oil radiator.
6. Attached the FF-01231 to the EA RV-12is oil radiator.
Applied primer on WD-01234 and FF-01231 parts they presented rust.
11/04/19 1.73 Hrs 7. To conclude the radiator assembly the EA RV-12is oil radiator and the EA RV-12is were reassembled.
