Did an airspeed calibration data collection flight. Flew headings 240, 360, 120 at 4500' at 2C (on the ground, about 0C at altitude), rpms between 2700 & 2800. There was essentially no wind at altitude. I need to look at the data, but the airspeed indicator looks like it's really close to right on in the 130-140 mph range. 0.5 flight time. Afterwards, I relocated the battery charger connection to the crankase vent tube so I can plug it in with the cowl on. Then I installed the gear leg fairings to check the location on the retention brackets, and to see if they would interfere with getting the cowl on and off. They seem to fit pretty well.
Everything shows up well with the sun right on it.
Just left of center is Picacho peak. I-10 goes right by this.
