Made a doubler plate for the one nutplate which was too close to the edge of the bracket. Drilled through all the nutplates, deburred, dimpled. Drilled out the screw holes in the brackets to 3/16" to allow the nutplates some float. Riveted the nutplates to the brackets. Riveted the brackets to the avionics support angles. Painted the plate.
