Added the throttle handle. This drove the location of the mixture cable to the right on the panel. The throttle handle just clears the upper longeron in the full forwards position. The edge distance to the upper mounting hole is a little slim, but not too bad. If you plan to use this handle in this position, it would be better to not trim the taper into the upper end of the spar box angle - just leave it full width all the way up.
