Brief Description:  RH fwd fuse side

Took about 1 1/2 hours to cleco the F12 assembly back together after polishing, including drilling it all to final size. I set the "spare" RH F12 next to it as a reference for which holes were 3/16 (and the 5/16 hole for the seat belt bolt). This drilling seemed to go by quickly. Put the 3/32 clecoes in place on the inside of the part, turned it over to outside up, drilled in from the outside for the final size holes, put the final size clecoes on the outside. Took it all down for deburring. Spent the last 1/2 hour or so deburring. Got all the parts deburred except for the upper and lower longerons plus the skin itself. I remade the F12 because the other one turned out too tall in the vertical dimension where it joins to the aft fuselage. I don't consider this a plans-built mistake - it had to do with slop in clamping the upper and lower longerons to the part. Somehow I didn't notice this until it was all assembled and I tried to attach it to the tail cone. I decided redrilling or shimming or something was going to be so much work that I'd just make another. Turned out to be just as well because I then hung the tail cone on the ceiling for some number of months and worked the wings from start to finish. Now those are against the wall out of the way I have taken the tail cone down from the ceiling to finish off the fuselage.
