Completed the F15-06 flap pushrod access doubler. This part was very tough to make, with that big inside hole. Had to use a jigsaw to cut this hole. The blade I had this time cut very slowly and made a LOT of heat. Also bent the part a little when it caught in the cut (I bent it back - did NOT want to start this thing over, though now I have plenty of .090 material). Then smoothed the opening with the grinding/cutting wheel in the Dremel. I did not recall this part being nearly so tough to make. Must make a big difference to have the right jigsaw blade. This one was the largest-tooth metal blade, intended for Steel. Probably would have been better off with even bigger teeth for wood. Parents into town this weekend, so expect no work 5/3-5/7.
