Spent about 2 1/2 hours marking the flap skins to cut, cutting the flap skins, marking the rivet hole patterns, and drilling the rivet hole patterns. Spent about 1 hour fabricating two more flap ribs - for some reason I did not make enough. Took a break to watch the Shuttle launch. Spent the last half hour or so drilling the three outboard ribs to the first flap, starting with the 2nd from inboard, the next one out, the tip one, then finishing off with the drive rib. Also somewhere in that drilling time, drilled the holes in the 2nd aileron, which I've been putting off working on since the first aileron was relatively more complicated than a flap. Flaps are the simplest of the control surfaces.
