On the way to work, stopped by the airport briefly to test fit the new hose. Looks really good. If anything, I might have made it 1/4" - 3/8" longer, but it looks like it will work really well. Now the trouble is the fire shield - there's 2 ways (I know of) to put it on - safety wire each end or band clamp each end. I know where my safety wire is but don't know where the wire twister tool is, and I know where the band clamp tool is, but I don't know where the band clamps have got to. I guess I could do halfway of each - hand twist safety wire using regular pliers or something until I can order some more band clamps. (These aren't worm clamps, they're a permanent smooth band.)
