Finished off the oil check door. Made a modification to the hinge which makes the door itself sit flat to the cowling surface. It only opens about 85 degrees, but is much simpler than a hook-type hinge. Took the cowling off. Made a spacer for the LH lower aft hinge since the LH lower side was sitting too close to the bottom fuse skin. Also marked a little area to trim along that edge and trimmed it. These two changes should make that hinge pin go in easier.
