Root rib and weldment was already out, so painted the spot that was ground down. Also checked the hole for an AN4 bolt - slips in no problem. Drilled elevator hinges for the cotter pins. Installed the hinge pins and cotter pins. Removed elevators from the stab, drilled them to the weldment with the root ribs to final size. Got out the trim tab, located and drilled that. Deburred all. Riveted the trim tab to the elevator. Riveted the elevators to the root rib. Rehung the elevators on the stab and riveted the hinge. In this order, there's no forcing the hinge pin down the hinge - it's already in place when the hinge is riveted. Got the vert stab down off the wall. Set it in place. Marked the t-deck skin for trimming (at the v-stab forward spar). Trimmed the t-deck skin, set the vert stab down into position. Aligned the holes in the aft spar and put 3/16 long-reach clecoes through in a few places. Adjusted the forward spar location on the h-stab spar. Clamped it in place. I'll drill this later.
