Brief Description:  Fuel tank installation

Cut down the filler neck by about 3/16". Took some thinking to come up with how to block the inside of the tank from being subject to the dust/debris of the cutting. Finally just stuck masking tape inside the neck from the outside, then taped over it from the outside. Marked where to cut with tape on the outside. Used a cut off wheel in the dremel to make the cut. It wasn't very neat, but used sandpaper on a block of wood to smooth it out. Used an xacto knife to smooth off the inner edge of the opening. Blew it off with an air hose and pulled the masking tape. No dust got in. Test fit the cap - it slips in a little easier because the opening is larger as it gets cut down. Also thought about what to do with the tank straps, since they are a little short - decided to move the afts to the front and remake the afts from longer strips. Marked material to recut the straps.
