Drilled the framework of the vertical tail to final size holes. Mounted the lower forward rib (needed that T12-07 to do this) and drilled it into position. Drilled one side of the vertical tail to final size holes. Test fit the tail tip. Looks like it can slip between the tip rib and the skin and not give the appearance of a protrusion under the skin.
