Drilled 2nd side of vert stab to final size holes. Cut and drilled fiberglass tip. This went a lot easier than I expected. Trimmed right up with a fiber cutting wheel in the dremel, and sanded with 150 grit on a sanding block right to the line. Disassembled all and started deburring. Assembly and drilling of the tip was tricky to line everything up. The metal tip rib inside the tip gets pushed down by the fiberglass. I had to push it back out by sticking 1/2" dia. rod stock into the leading edge and pushing the tip rib up from the inside. Worked out well though. Just passed 450 hours logged on the project.
