Placed a daub of RTV inside of the trailing edge of the rudder skin at the end of each pair of stiffeners per construction plans. Gently folded the rudder skin over the skeleton and Clecoed in place. Riveted the skin to the skeleton using AN426AD3-3.5 rivets and a hand squeezer. The last few holes near the trailing edge of the skin were riveted with MK-319-BS blind rivets.
