Using a Scotchbrite wheel, I broke the edges of the horizontal stabilizer reinforcement bars HS-609PP. Using a vixen file, I put a radius on the edges of the bars that will rest in the flange areas of the spar channels HS-603PP. Removed some light milling marks on the bars using a Scotchbrite pad but noticed that there are some deeper marks that may require the use of sandpaper to remove. All the holes in the bars and the spar channels matched up perfectly. You have to love CNC machines. Since the reinforcement bars are not made of alclad, I will be shopping for primer just as soon as I get the bars match drilled. I want to minimize the corrosion on these bars asap.
