Today I continued to remove the milling marks from the reinforcement bars using various grits of sandpaper. Clecoed the bars in place and all holes were final drilled to #30. The elevator hinge brackets were located and drilled to #30 as well. The holes were located in HS-411APP using HS-411BPP as a template. Using the hand squeezer, I riveted HS-411APP, HS-411BPP and bearing VA-146 together to create the HS-411 assembly. All components were disassembled, cleaned and deburred. The reinforcement bars were primed and reinstalled. The attachment holes for HS-411 were located and final drilled to #12.
