Dimpled "U" Channels (7V11-4K) for nutplates. Riveted nutplates to "U" Channels with 3/32 solid flush rivets (P/N: AN426 3-3). Dimple dies would not fit on nutplates, so I counter sunk the nutplates to accept the dimple from the "U" Channel. Screwed the "U" Channels to Rib # 2 with 9 screws to nutplates (P/N: AN526-832R6).
